Binaural beats and calm music give you a release of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. In order to better understand what we’re listening to, let’s take a closer look at the keywords in this post and define them so that we know more about healing music and why it works.

Happiness Frequency thru Binaural Beats

Why Do Humans Need this Music?

Happiness frequency music is unique in that it helps with depression and anxiety. That’s why I listen to it. Of course, we are all like snowflakes, each unique and beautiful in our own way, and so it goes with our depression. We are also very different in our degrees and intensity of anxiety, and fears as well as our joy, optimism, and hope.

But sometimes, some of us get feelings of sadness that are so excruciatingly painful that it interferes with our daily activities. When that happens, we have many tools to turn to in times of need. When I listen to this genre of music, it brings my life gently back into focus and eases the frustrations of the day. That’s why I share this music with my readers.

So far, this is my most listened-to healing music video. I came across it after a friend posted it on Facebook. I opened it, listened, and gently but surely began feeling the effects of increased endorphins. Nothing drastic, just a soft, serene feeling of relaxation and maybe just a touch of serenity.

Use as Background Music

It’s also nice to have it playing in the background while doing chores around the home or in an office environment. Either way, you will receive benefits from listening to this happiness frequency healing music.

Binaural beat music is also great when played in spas or during a nice, relaxing massage. If this genre of music interests you, I recommend that you also search for self-help hypnosis music, Zen music, and yoga music.

Binaural beats are tones or sounds created to alter your brainwaves. This engages your brain and produces altered states of consciousness, the variety of which depends on the frequency of the binaural beats.

Benefits of Serotonin, Dopamine & Endorphins

The healing music in this video uses binaural beats to help you produce and release serotonin, endorphins, and dopamines, which serve to relieve you of anxiety, depression, and other symptoms of trauma and stress.

• Serotonin

Serotonin is also a delightful chemical and that connects and sends messages between the neurons in our brains (neurotransmitters). It helps us keep balanced with our optimism, social responsiveness, healthy appetite, good sleep, clear memory, and whole physical and mental health.

a

• Dopamine

Dopamine is another important combination present in the body as a connector and a messenger. This neurotransmitter plays a role in mood and decision-making capabilities. Low dopamine in our brains leads to low motivation, lessened strength, compulsive behaviors, depression, and memory loss. With balanced levels of dopamine in our brains, we are able to physically move about with more ease and our learning and memory capabilities are increased.

• Endorphins

Endorphins are a group of hormones that secrete within the brain and nervous system. Additionally, they are peptides that activate the body’s opiate receptors, which causes an analgesic effect. To get a clearer picture of what an endorphin is, let’s start with a brief definition as follows.

First, endorphin is a pharmacological action rather than a specific existing chemical. This activity of which takes place in the central nervous system and the pituitary gland. For this action, there are two parts:

1. endo – short form of the word endogenous.

2. morphine – the intent of which is to describe a morphine-like substance that naturally originates from within the body.

This is why they are referred to as the body’s natural pain reliever.

About Binaural Beats

The term “binaural beats” sounds complicated but it’s really quite simple in theory. Binaural Beats is derived from Latin which means “with both ears”. The theory is this: binaural beats are produced so that the left ear hears a slightly different tone than the right ear, thereby producing the effect of a beat not present in the music. In essence, this makes binaural beats an optical illusion for sound.

Music producers of this frequency claim that binaural beats improve sleep, and enhance memory among other nice benefits. I personally find them very effective and listen to this type of music as part of my daily tactics for maintaining spirit, mind, and body balance in my life. So, I must share this with others, simply because it has a positive effect on my life.

Listening to it while not wearing headphones is still better than not listening to it but honestly, I enjoy listening to it both ways. Sometimes I have it playing in the background but I also like to put my headphones on and lay back down and listen for a while. Either way, my whole attitude changes, and I can once again face the world!

I hope you enjoy this video as much as I do. Please note that I have no rights over this video whatsoever and it is for information and educational purposes only. I would like to extend my appreciation to Greenred Productions who are the creators of this video. Thank you!
