Solfeggio frequencies are a miracle for me, and I hope to show you how they can be for you as well. But, it doesn’t seem that long ago when I discovered Healing Music. To my absolute delight, that opened up a whole new world of musical possibilities for me.

Little did I know, at the time, how deep the infusion of music is in my whole being. I unwittingly left behind a part of my very soul. So, of course, healing music is something I must give to my readers because my fairly recent discovery of music as a healing tool.

First, make time to listen every day. It’s a type of meditation that uses music for guidance. You don’t need special equipment. In fact, headphones and a smartphone are all you need. You can even sit at your computer while you work and listen to it. It isn’t distracting and I find it soothing and relaxing.

• Use as a Therapeutic Healing Tool
Solfeggio frequencies are a therapeutic healing tool to help us manifest balance in every area of our existence. Plus, the interesting thing about energy frequencies is that it isn’t a matter of belief. Rather, if we are in this Universe, we share these frequencies innately and infinitely.
“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, then you would hold the key to the Universe”.
Nikola Tesla
Interestingly, the 3, 6, and 9, are the root vibrations of the Solfeggios frequencies.
• The European Solfeggio Scale
The original Solfeggio scale was developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD – c. 1050 AD). It was used by singers to learn chants and songs more easily. In fact, today we know the Solfeggio scale as seven ascending notes assigned to the syllables Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti. The original scale was six ascending notes assigned to Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La. The syllables for the scale were taken from a hymn to St. John the Baptist, Ut Queant Laxis, written by Paulus Diaconus.
