1st Chakra
The 1st Chakra, or the Root Chakra, is the basis of our energy system. It’s located at the base of the spine. Red represents the Base Chakra which brings strength wherever it’s found. This color is one of energy, action, confidence, and courage. Moreover, it’s closely associated with our most natural physical will to survive. The Base Chakra is the densest of the seven chakras, so it makes sense that red is also the densest of all chakra colors.
As the foundation of our energy system, the 1st chakra is responsible for our sense of safety and security. It is associated with the earth element and is often represented by the color red. Helping us feel grounded and connected, the root chakra is the first point of contact between our physical body and the earth.
The root chakra is also associated with our basic survival needs, such as food, shelter, and water. When this chakra is balanced, we feel secure, stable, and grounded. However, when it is imbalanced, we may experience fear, anxiety, and a lack of trust in the world around us.
The root chakra is associated with several human qualities, including stability, feeling grounded, and security. When this chakra is balanced, we feel a sense of safety and security in our lives. We trust in the world around us and feel a deep connection to the earth.
However, when the root chakra is imbalanced, we may experience feelings of anxiety, fear, and insecurity. We may also struggle with issues related to our basic survival needs, such as money, shelter, and food.
