The purple color of spirituality is a blend of strong reds and calming blues. Almost sounds like a storm, doesn’t it? In fact, the sky sometimes turns purple before a storm. You are most likely aware of purple and its association with royalty and prestige. This is also the color of the 7th Chakra which is the Crown Chakra or the Sahasrara.
In our childhood fairy tales, the sorcerer almost always wears purple. What’s more, many believe that purple helps us get in touch with our deepest thoughts.
The crown chakra is depicted as white, gold, violet, and the purple symbolic color. If your crown chakra suffers from blocks, you experience depression, alienation, and inability to learn. Introduction to the 7th Chakra
People with a balanced 7th chakra are often highly intuitive and have a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. They may also have a strong sense of empathy and compassion for others, as they recognize that we are all connected by the same universal energy.
When you release blockage of your crown chakra, it aligns you with the oneness of the universe. In so doing, it gives you confidence to move forward with your plans and dreams.
The crown chakra is at the top of the head where energy from your body moves up and out of your body. Also, many believe that this is the area where your body and spirit come together as the purest point of your existence.
In fact, the lotus symbolizes as the crown chakra. Hence, the name Sahasrara which interprets as “The Lotus with One Thousand Petals.”
To heal or unblock your 7th chakra, use the technique of meditation. Also, express gratitude for all that you are. Then, look outside yourself to help others and develop a spiritual connection with all that is around you.
