The Colors of Spring
This color is also a Spring color. My oldest daughter was born on April 1st and the daffodils were blooming. So of course, this occasion is with me for the rest of my life and is totally associated with the lovely daffodils.
I’d also like to share a nice poem with you that I found on Goodreads.
Daffodowndilly
She wore her yellow sun-bonnet,
She wore her greenest gown;
She turned to the south wind
And curtsied up and down.
She turned to the sunlight
And shook her yellow head,
And whispered to her neighbor:
“Winter is dead.”
