I use Lavender essential oils to calm and soothe myself when experiencing social anxiety or before going to bed. I just dab a few drops on my upper lip and it works like a charm. So for relief from trauma and anxieties, this essential oil is a wise choice.

Lavender relieves tension, enhances blood circulation, improves respiratory issues. Additionally, it is also popular for the disinfection of the scalp and skin and many use it to enhance hair growth.

One use that I absolutely love is that it is a natural insect repellent. It has no toxic side effects for you or your pets which makes it an excellent choice to replace the icky, toxic, insect repellents on the market today.

Its floral scent also has a therapeutic effect on me that helps to reduce anxiety. I use Lavender Oil in my daily skincare routine. I have witnessed positive changes when I applied it to my acne-prone skin. If you want to enjoy similar results then after washing your face apply diluted oil to your face. This will unclog the pores and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
